2027 Annual Residents’ Meeting

Electing the Maples HOA Board:
The annual meeting is on May 6th. Annual meeting agenda will be mailed out by April of each year. Meeting is held at the Maples Clubhouse; registration starts at 6:00 and meeting starts at 6:30.

Proxy Voting:
Since so many are having difficulty attending, please consider using our proxy form at the bottom of the page, to designate someone to vote in your place. If you do not have a proxy in mind the vote defaults to the HOA Board. If you complete the form, confirmation of your proxy will come via email address you provide, or text if that is your preferred method of communication.
Thank you for assistance in this crucial matter!

Voting Requirements:

  • Homeowners must register.
  • Proxies must be submitted at time of registration
  • Assessments must be current for homeowners and proxies wishing to vote and participate at the meeting
  • One ballot will be issues for each piece of property owned or proxy held by eligible homeowner eligible to vote
  • Ballots will be collected at time of voting
  • Ballots will be counted and the vote announced immediately. Ballots will be reissued if another vote needs to be taken.
